Real Estate Workshops LLC
I recently attended a 3 day seminar put on by Real Estate Workshops LLC (therealestateworkshops.com). They motivated me to start a real estate business and I've been learning non-stop since the workshop. They have advanced training that teaches you the in's and out's of the business. You get to have help from experienced investors, their legal team, etc. as well as the cash investors. I think I could learn a lot of this on my own over time but I'm really interested in being able to act on opportunities by using their investors for cash sales.
The initial cost (investment) is a $25,000 "tuition". They say they'll work with you for 6 months to a year.
Has anyone had experience with REW specifically? It sounds like a great way to jumpstart a business in real estate but I want to do my due diligence on them.
