Successful Real Estate Investing: How to Avoid the 75 Most Costly Mistakes Every Investor Makes: I give this book a 3. Its really preachy and it seems to be almost designed to sell other products. From a beginers prospective it doesn't make much sense since I haven't experienced these things yet.

How to Buy and Manage Rental Properties: The Milin Method of Real Estate Management for the Small Investor
This book has some interesting forms to use. It makes it sound too much like its their way or the high way. Its reall outdated. It does have some useful info so I can give it a 5 out of 10.

How To Make Big Money In Real Estate Tyler Hicks
This book is a little overly optimistic about real estate investing. Another warning about this is that he continously pushes his own products in the book. I give this book a 3 out of a 10
