Automated comparable impute software

Hey Gang...

I was hoping to see if anyone has found a software that can take property characteristic information off property search websites like Realtor.com or any other type of real estate web site and automatically filter property characteristics by number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, etc.into comps? I find myself doing market comp research by scrolling up and down the page, putting every single comps information into my self made Excel spread sheet and then doing my math adjustments. I am hoping a software is available to be able to categorize apples to apples by categorizing -for example all the "Sold" 2bedroom 1 bath homes within a the subject property's community/neighborhood.
