Living off Rentals Course worth it?

Bridget McGing

Hi all,

I am considering joining Kirby Atwell’s First Vacation Rental Investment Blueprint program. I have read conflicting information regarding whether or not these programs are worth it. I understand you can find information about analyzing deals for STRs and managing STRs on YouTube etc, but wondering if anyone has found a coaching program worth it? I am a nurse by trade and have been reading books and consuming a lot of media about investing, but am wondering if a coach could help me find better deals and avoid preventable mistakes. Thank you for any input!

@Bridget McGing
At some point, you have to just do it and buy the first STR and learn as you go. There are going to be things that come up along the way while owning real estate that sometimes you don't predict. You have to navigate it the best you can and learn from that mistake so it doesn't happen again.
