Questions re Milwaukee property violations ready for court
Hi,
I am looking at 3613 N 11TH ST:
On clicking on permits, I see 4 order violations (1 closed and 3 ready for court) and the details state: exterior survey needed, interior survey needed.

Do the violations look serious given 3 are ready for court, any insights would be appreciated. Since they are surveys (interior and exterior), I could ask the seller to complete the surveys. If purchased would the violations follow through to the buyer and would I be required to take responsibility? Most likely yes.
