International Investing : Investing in Vietnam

Possible investment opportunity.

Looking for advice on a unique position my family is in. My parents have approximately 1 acre of land on the island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam; some say it's the "Hawaii" of Vietnam. They are wanting to sell the property however there are some legal speed bumps. My parents own the property on paper but my father's brother currently has the power of attorney over the property since my family lives in the U.S. and we needed someone to represent us while out of country. Currently he is trying to take the property from underneath us for himself and we are fighting him for our rights back. My parents ultimately want to sell the property all said and done. The property value is in the millions.

Any advice would be appreciated on what actions we could take.

If you are fluent in Vietnamese and are interested in this unique situation please feel free to reach out and I can give you in depth details about the property and legalities of the situation.
