Physical Inspector Recommendation

Hi all, I'm under contract to purchase a duplex in the North Nashville / Elizabeth Park area. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good physical inspector? Ideally this would be someone who can scope out the sewer/plumbing as well.

Thank you!

To be honest I would call a plumber. We use star plumbing. Hiller is also great for diagnostic purposes for $69. Also, let me know if you need property management!
