Cleveland Property Managers?

I'm looking for a property manager near Cleveland Clinic (the 'Little Italy" area) to manage a single-family home with existing tenants. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, and also let me know of any managers to strictly avoid based on your experience with them. 

If they're open to it, I might also see if they can handle another one of my properties in Garfield Heights as well. I've done research on Google but found that it's all fluff compared to what these managers are really like, so I'm looking for a BiggerPockets member's opinion. We're based in Florida so it can be hard to find the best property managers sometimes when investing out of state.
