Easy to understand contracts with Escape clauses
Has anyone done any wholesales lately ? Are u willing to share the "purchase and sale agreement" form that you used ? If anyone has one that is legal to use in nyc that includes escape clauses i would appreciate it. i have a couple but they are very confusing to me. i want to minimize my chance of hearing "no" and i can only imagine the no ill get when trying to explain a confusing contract to a seller. Looking for forms used to place an offer and forms used to put a property under contract
