Downtown Vacant Buildings

Posted

I am currently looking for a property to update. I've been looking at alot of downtown properties, but I dont' know where to get information on them. Alot of them look abandoned and need alot of cosmetic work. But I think they are beautiful. And I know Amarillo has a plan to update downtown, so I thought it would be a good investment... Does anyone know where I could get information on downtown buildings? My real desire is to convert one into a loft. Right now I"m looking for one just for myself. But I thought, if it turned out well, then I might want to invest in this kind of property. Any information would help alot! Thanks!
