Investor/Rehabber Partnering JV on Flips

How do you incentivize the rehabber to prioritize the transaction over other business or personally held rehabs?

Has anyone kept the property in an investor’s name and then wired progress construction payments to a separate bank account in control of both the rehabber and investor?

Any feed back on above or other suggestions for a successful agreement and outcomes?

If you have the right partner you do not need to incentivize. Getting in and out and taking care if you as the investor is all the incentive needed.

If you are only the money partner you also need someone you can trust with the funds so you do not have to have a joint account.
