Why not use conventional loan for Brrrr strategy?
Researching the Brrrrr strategy and wondering why the first purchase loan is through a Hard Money Lender, relative, or personal cash and not a conventional loan? Is the strategy still possible with a conventional loan to first purchase and then refi. Please explain....thanks!
