sound deadening board
I'm putting sound deadening board on the 3 sides of my noisy refrigerator. After reading about it, and that the fibers can become airborne, I had it encased in fabric to help prevent that. Then the question came up as to wether the fabric could be a fire hazard. Both sides are smooth, of course, and IIRC, the back is too, a solid back. I believe there is slight space--maybe an inch-- betweeen the sides and walls (1/2" each side)
I don't think it's a problem, but what do you think?
Thanks.
