Current wholesaling looking for a accurate system

Good Morning BP I'm running into a problem. I have a system that find motivated sellers leads but I have yet to find a system that allows me to insert the owners information and allows me to send out direct mail without having to do it one by one which can take up a lot of my time. My question is does anyone know if a system that allows me to insert the owners information from my excel spreadsheet? Also has anyone used been verified? I don't think that system is very accurate with sale dates? Is there any other system that you guys would recommend I use to get the most recent information on a property?
