Looking for a reliable contractor in Eastern North Carolina.  I am looking at properties in Onslow and Carteret Counties.  If anyone can help me out that would be great.  I have called a few contractors but none of them really seem interested in working with a new investor.  

Most of the properties will be fairly simple rehabs.  New kitchen, floors, doors, and paint.  the occasional roof job.  Thanks
