Going to my first auction this wednesday....

Hello, I've been doing research on buying and flipping homes for the last few months... I ran into a man who sells homes and told me he's a millionaire and how often he travels. It really inspired me and he told me he could try to get me started as long as I do MY PART and acquire knowledge.

He invited me to attend my first auction so I can see how everything works....

Bottom line guys/girls, I want to be successful in this business. I'm definitley a beginner and I'm just trying to soak in all of the information regarding buying and flipping homes...

Now, I want to ask what should I be reading? Any good books out there or posts that could help me prosper?

I'm starting out with 800$ in my bank account.. tired of living paycheck to pay check working dead end jobs... I read there's ways to start out with 0 money and still end up successful...

Any help or information you could throw my way will be GREATLY appreciated!!
