Am I ripped off?

Hello team, wall mounted kitchen cabinets in my house are breaking down so the guy suggested replace the whole bank of cabinets. They are in following order left to right:

30X15(on fridge), 15X30(next to fridge), 18x20(over microwave, stove), 36x30 (next to mircowave), reusing previous crown molding thats about 10ft long.

These are stock plain oak unpainted cabinets from Home Depot. Gentleman charged me 650 to install and charging another 250 to paint. This is in Kansas City. I am feeling thats kind of very high, what do you all think. I tried to get answers from previous posts but could.

Thanks to all.
