Looking for a general contractor/ handyman in Indianapolis

I'm looking for a handyman/ general contractor who would be willing to help me out and be my boots on the ground in Indianapolis and help me to check on the property from time to time and help with some repairs if required. If someone can share their to-go person with good recommendations I'd really appreciate it. Trying to get my systems in place to self-manage out of state.

@Nia Neha Depending on the scope of work and location a could probably offer some help. I handle a mix PM and handy man repairs in the Indianapolis market.

I recently completed finishing work, lighting installation, toilet replacement, final cleaning for listing pics, and sub'd out a water heater replacement with a professional plumbing contractor friend of mine. This was for a duplex property on east side. PM me if you want to connect.
