Calling all Airbnb Hosts in Miami, FL!

I will be hosting an Airbnb Hosts Miami Meetup on Tuesday, May 22nd starting at 6:30 pm. Every month, we meet at a different Airbnb Host's Airbnb property to network with other Airbnb hosts and to get an in-depth look at how one of our hosts furnishes and manages their Airbnb property.

This month, we will be meeting at the Le Jeune Guest House, located at 1800 Le Jeune Rd in Coral Gables. It's a charming, historic Spanish-style building comprised of three units. You can check out the listing here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/11585744

Directions: The property is about 6 blocks north of Miracle Mile in Coral Gables on Le Jeune Rd. The house is the walled and gated pink house on the SW corner of Le Jeune Rd. and Madeira Ave. However, the entrance to the Guest House is off Madeira Ave. To get to the Guest House from Le Jeune, turn west onto Madeira Ave. and turn in the first driveway on the left for 402 Madeira Ave. If you can’t park inside the gate, park anywhere on the street for free. As you come in the driveway, you will see the Guest House in front of you. Go up the stairs on the left hand side to Unit A and come on in!

I will be providing appetizers and other munchies. Please bring a six-pack of a beverage of your choice, whether alcoholic or otherwise, to share.
