Drunk posting on Bigger Pockets
Just out of curiosity, have you ever been guilty of PWI (Posting While Intoxicated) in the BiggerPockets forums? Bonus points for PWH stories.
A couple of beers after work is not drunk, just like three beers and having some private time with a dude behind the bar next to the dumpster is also not drunk. I know these things.

I belong to a Bob Dylan site called Expecting Rain; there is a section there called Post Here if Drunk or High. It is hilarious. Check it out! I am not suggesting BP provide an area like that-well it might be fun.

OK. Best ever, Jim!!
@Victor S. I immediately thought the same thing haha
I don't think I have drunk posted yet, but this post inspired me sufficiently - I will be logging in from my next beer night, and commenting away!
@Jim K. I'm drinking and reading this right now! I have nothing to post, though :(
May all your portfolios age like fine bourbon. Cheers!
2019 BP THREAD OF THE YEAR NOMINEE, award to be presented by @Brandon Turner at year end
As a Mod, I feel an obligation to remove all drunk posts ! I am just concerned that I would be considered new to the site again
Prost!
Sounds like time wasted.
Kudos to you. I mean that. I got lucky. The booze never got a hold on me, so I started this stupid joke thread not even thinking what it might mean to others.

I’m glad you did Jim. It’s good to see the other members who don’t drink and have led a happy successful life through RE investing. That’s my main goal!
better watch out the BP police are everywhere
If I get a PWI will I get my real estate license suspended?
@Jim K.
If high on cold medicine counts I've been guilty once or twice. I know when I got a cold last I spend lots of time hanging around the forums when I was supposed to be resting. I'm under the weather RightNow but blame allergies.
ABSOLUTELY. They'll take it away and BP-slap you silly with it.

I would have never figured you one for the purple drank, Rhonda. Blame allergies, blame Jolly Ranchers, I've heard it all before. Surprise, surprise, surprise...
Since a lot of my posts are long and rambling it wouldn't surprise me to be accused of drunk posting. That being said, I try to keep my drunk postings to Facebook where I know everyone personally and the embarrassment the next morning is much greater!
You know, I really LOVE you guys!!
@Jim K.
Haha wouldn’t say drunk but after work with a glass wine or two reading up the forum and search for topics of interest that’s usually what I do. In eastern culture, most businesses are conducted with large amount of alcohol. I see this quite a bit in San Diego too where business professionals meetup after work in breweries.
You see, in Greek culture it's a big black mark against you to drink heavily, even to regularly drink spirits. It's a whole different ball game for us with a very different set of rules about drunk behavior among friends or in public than here in the States.
We are, granted, not generally perceived as a deeply inhibited and socially reserved people when sober. Some might say. Perhaps.

I got off Facebook, it got to a point where every post seemed drunk. I come here for my social media addiction, less drunkenness. I may give wrong advice from time to time, but its got good intentions at least.
