Drunk posting on Bigger Pockets

In which case, Ned, let me hasten to assure you that I have never been tipsy, buzzed, or drunk posting on this site and never will be. I did say something stupid and bigoted over in another thread that I most definitely should NOT have said (of course I thought it was hilarious and perfectly appropriate at the time), and it got me thinking.

 is that the $5 sandwich thread? lol the one (joke) that was left there is gold, anyway :) i've posted after several dirty bastards before, but nothing out of the ordinary.

I don't get drunk and rarely even drink. It is counter productive to a good life. Alcohol is expensive and damages your body / brain. My tenants on the other hand, get drunk all the time.

I've Posted While Irritated, especially early afternoon before nap #2.  Not good to be on BP in a bad mood.

Seriously, I've been sober for 10 years now. Had I been on here pre-2009, it would not have been good. 

Philosophical and sappy essays would have abounded with 80s ballads blaring in the background for the full experience.  Que Streets of Lonely Hearts by Slaughter for effect.

Glad you post grounded, Jim.  Scary sometimes:), but glad. I enjoy your knowledge and opinions.

back in 09 to 2010 when things were crashing..  two martinis and an ambein and watch out.. took out my whoas on the world.  although back then I was not on any social media
