MEETING DETAILS

I'm looking to get some people together in Berkeley or Oakland on Sunday, September 11th @ 7pm to discuss real estate investing . This meeting is for experienced investors only. You should own at least one investment property to attend. If you own no real estate, this meeting is not for you.

We'll have a discussion on the real estate market cycle, trends in different real estate markets, various investment strategies, investing out of state, discuss multifamily investing, possibly plan investing in some multifamily deals together.

Come if you've got capital to invest, if you have multifamily deals you're trying to raise equity for, if you're willing to share trends you're noticing in your business and would like to learn from other experienced investors.

NO SERVICE PITCHES

If you plan to attend to pitch your services, please do not attend. You will not be welcome.

HOW TO ATTEND

If you'd like to attend, please message me. To verify that you're an experienced investor I may request that you send me a link to tax records of one of your investment properties.

Thanks,

jon.
