Hi everyone! I'm a new investor in San Diego looking to network and learn as much as possible. I've been a Real Estate agent for the past 3 years but I'm looking to transition over to real estate investing. I'm looking to connect with other investors, wholesalers/flippers, and other like minded people. I’d love to connect, grab some coffee, make a friend and possibly do some deals together! I'm in North County and looking to network with other local investors. I invest in Kansas City, MO but I'm also interested in staying local to explore options.
I'm a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser looking to connect with others in San Diego. I'm not looking to promote my business (BP mods), but I want to share my level of experience in the space and the level of education I bring to the table. If anyone has appraisal or investment related questions, please feel free to connect. I would like to join a team of investors in SD.
I am also looking to begin my real estate investing career and connect with other like-minded SD real estate investor's. I am also looking for a real estate appraiser mentor, to show me the SD market. I'm ready for an "Encore Career" after retiring with over 35 years of civil engineering with geotechnical expertise and a ton of public works, residential and commercial development experience. I'm not looking for a job per se. I'm looking to connect with a mentor and learn from someone who has a stellar reputation in the SD area; and has more work than they think they can handle.
