What does everyone use to check crime rates in neighborhoods they are less than familiar with? Call the local PD or is there a good sites out there to use?

Hi Seth,

Here are a couple of sites I use to research in and out of state investment areas:

crimegrade.org- Crime Rates

City-Data.com- Crime Rates

USA.com- Household Stats

bls.com - Bureau Labor Stats

Census.org

Hope these are helpful.
