17 year old investor how would you start

Hey guys I’m planning on doing a house hack on an fha by the time I turn 18 I’m 17 now 9 months away I’ll have saved up working full time 20 grand to invest. After a small multi family property I am interested in flipping. My understanding is that hard money loans and flipping in general is a bit of a gamble. I’m going to start attending our local investors meetup. If anybody has any advice or experience with hard money how’d it go what do you feel about it now? Some people told me BRRRRing would be a good place to start what would you do in the same position Thanks!
