New ways to bring deals around in the current market

Using the MLS, connecting with whole sealers, and Networking with other investors are all great ways to bring deals around Real Estate deals in the modern market. I am in the Cleveland are, and I am trying to find some new innovative strategies to test out. Anything that will put an opportunity to buy a house under market value will be a welcome suggestion.
