Advice on how to use €250,000 equity

Hi BP Community,

I am new to BP and have been following you for a while. I have a question and wanted to pick a couple of your brains for advice.

I inherited a property which is valuated in excess of €350,000. It is currently being rented out for €1000pcm and I have already taken a buy-to-let loan against this rental without using any of the equity.

My question is, do you have any advice on how to best use the equity currently locked in the property? I understand I could look into a HELOC, but was wondering since the value of equity if large, if there are other ways of utilising my equity?

Any tips are welcome.

Thanks,

CZ
