Looking for a SF investor to video chat with

Aloha BP!

Not sure if there are any investors who would be up for this but I'm looking to surround myself with a like-minded investor(s) who invests in the single family market. I'm requesting that they be investors who are out of state of their investment properties. My hope is that we can video chat to assist with helping me learn through from someone who has actually created a system that works remotely.

Working full-time in the rat race isn't making this process of building my boots on the ground any easier but I'm NOT letting that stop me from achieving financial freedom for my family. I've already started to build my network of contacts in the market that I am interested in but would greatly appreciate someone just guiding me as well.

2017 will be the year for major, MASSIVE action. There will be many mistakes that year but I'm anticipating to gain success as well. Mistakes are just "learning hurdles" that will enable me to get better at my craft. I'd like to have a mentor to be there with me as I take on this journey. I'm sure there will be opportunities that I can contribute to my mentor's cause as well such as partnering up on a few deals or splitting profits after I refinance.

BP you've been kind to me thus far in helping me build my network and if I don't gain an individual mentor through this post, I would consider all the members here my mentor in some way, shape, or form.
