Selling my last SFR and need a closing company for subject 2 IRA

My rent to own person has stayed past their 3-year lease option period and they are finally ready to purchase the manufactured home on land in Bonney Lake. I purchased the property subject to (2) underlying loans with my IRA.

Do you know of a closing company in the Tacoma area that can perform this non-typical type of transaction?

If your IRA already purchased this house (subject to or not) the transaction will be pretty typical and any closing company will be able to do it. I personally like First American and WFG

Any Title/Escrow should be able to close this. I use WGF National Title - I use the office on East-side (Olivia Sandoval)
