collecting on judgments
hi all,
I have 2 judgments that I received from non paying tenants. one is for 700 and the other is for 3500. I've filed an abstract for both of them.
The first one I can probably collect through a writ of execution, but at 150 for the constable, I wonder if it's worth it since I can't tack on the 150 for the constable.
The 2nd they're not employed and don't have enough assets to collect. They have a judgment against someone else but haven't collected. They used to live in Houston but Harvey made them evacuate. I don't know if they have any assets there.
What are my options to collect these judgments?
Thanks
