Quick close Real estate attorney?

Anybody have any contacts for a real estate attorney in Tulsa that can do a quick close on a land deal for me? Even a title company that will do an escrow only close will work. 

Before I get the lecture about buying and selling without title insurance, this is a small land only deal so margins are slim, and the risk is low.
