Covid 19 Relief Funding?

Hello, 

Hope everyone is staying safe. We own some commercial  and residential real estate and are having a difficult time with getting rent. We have spoken to the bank and they said that they can defer the payments. Is there any type of funding where the government gives money to small businesses with no employees or specifically landlords? Hoping to receive some sort of stimulus that is not a loan.
