I'm in Layton Utah and have a copy of 40 Ways to Increase the Net Income of Your Rental Property, by Al Williamson. I read the book and it was pretty good, but I don't need it anymore, so I figured I'd pass it on to someone local that wants to come by and pick it up for free.
