MBA or Enter Real Estate Field
Hello everyone,
I’m looking for some advise on if I should continue on with my MBA program right now or if it would be wiser to stop what I am doing there and enter the job market and begin investing in real estate.
I am currently in my 2nd out of 4 semesters of my MBA program. My currently plan is to graduate school and work full time for a few years while starting a real estate company. I don’t plan on holding a full time job for more than 4 or 5 years however a good job with my MBA could be a good source of capital.
I’m wondering if I should be patient with my MBA and let it play out or if I should just start diving all into to real estate and starting my company. If there are any real estate investors out there who have their MBA I would love to hear from you!
Thanks,
Nate Monson

@Russell Brazil agreed, thank you for that!
@Elizabeth Wilson honestly before I even got into school, financial freedom has been the thing I was searching for along. It wasn't until I found bigger pockets that I could start conceptualizing that for myself. I love analyzing numbers and playing around with deals and I love the concept of adding value to investments.
I think your right though, I have to figure out what exactly I want and see if the MBA would be the fastest way to get there or if its not. Thanks for your help!
