Christopher Griffith funny you mention this topic. As a matter of fact, last week I put wreaths and colors lights/ icicle lights on my front porch of my investment property. While I do not live there, its nice to see lights on it for the holiday season. It took me about 45 minutes and while I'm sure few landlord do, I know my tenants sincerely appreciate it so I don't mind the effort at all.

I was thinking of doing that this year but then the issue is who is going to pay the increase in the electrical bill. I do not think the tenants will be happy about that.
