Hi BP!

Very excited to be here. I finally decided to commit myself to investing in an out-of-state property and have been researching the Indy market. I have received a "rough" quote from a Lender (30 year fix, 80% LTV) and it carries a 2.4 discount point, which seems fairly high. I know the discount point depends on the IR and other variables, but can anyone shed some light on whether this range is typical?
