Prospective Bird Dog, From Rochester, Minnesota
Hello everyone, I hope my profile picture isn't sideways since I'm unable to check (it appears that way on as an icon but when I open the file it's upright.) I'm a 24 year old guy who's looking into real estate bird dogging, and maybe eventually becoming a house flipper. I'm looking into this because I'd like to be my own boss, work with my hands, and learn on-the-job.
Right now I'm just gathering information on becoming a bird dog, I have 1,300 dollars saved up, a bike, no car, no house, very little of anything. I don't mind spending months researching real estate techniques and relevant laws before going into bird dogging, I just need to learn where to begin. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
