Young Boston resident eager to start investing!

Hi all,

I’m Jeff, a 25yo Software Engineer currently renting a 1BR in South Boston with my girlfriend. I’m extremely eager to make the transition to the other side of rentals and buy a multi-family to start house hacking.

Another investment strategy I'd love to eventually employ is the BRRRR method since I have a good amount of local (central MA, south shore) general contractor and subcontractor connections. I'm also curious about getting my real estate license and how much it'd help with executing the strategies mentioned.

I’d love to connect with other individuals in the Boston/Cambridge area who share similar interests in real estate and I’m all ears to any advice people think would be helpful.

Cheers,

Jeff
