Getting started in Ohio (Northeast, Cleveland/Akron areas)

Hello Everyone, my name is Chuck Balazs and I'm a licensed agent/Realtor working in the Northeast region between Cleveland and Akron.  I left a 25+ year career in IT to get into real estate, and while I'm doing ok (on track to close about 1.5 mil in sales volume my first year) it didn't take long to realize that just being an agent can quickly become a grind and feel just like a job.  I realize you get out what you put into it, but I have bigger long-term goals of doing some flips and getting into rental properties for passive income.

I've been doing a lot of reading, listening to BP as well as other podcasts, and pretty much just being a sponge and soaking in everything I can.  I'm at the point of just needing to start putting a plan into action.  I have some leads on private lending opportunities to fund my first project so that is promising.

I'm enjoying BP and hope to be a contributor to the community!
