I mainly investing Montgomery, Prattville, and Millbrook. I would like to know how to look up the result of foreclosure auctions, whether from property tax, mortgage default, etc. As always, any and any help will be highly appreciated, Hooohah

@Peter Philando- Its not a very easy task, however you can find them by calling the law office that represented the foreclosure auction. Usually the lawyer will be listed on the public notifications- I am not too aware if Auction.com offers the lawyer information or not.  Since lawyers represent multiple foreclosure listings at a time, if you start building a good rapport with the offices in your area, you can start making it a monthly check-in call. As you probably know, not all properties that are up for foreclosure go to auction, or get sold.

Hey Peter, unfortunately there isn't an easy answer for this question short of pulling the deed from the county records of each property or actually attending the individual foreclosure auctions. The Montgomery County revenue website will update sales prices on their website but it is not always prompt. I don't believe Autauga or Elmore County provides this info to the public on their websites.

Sirote and Permutt seem to be the lawyers of record for just about all the foreclosures in Alabama.

You can get upcoming information and starting bid info on the day of at https://webapps.sirote.com/foreclosure/
. Results are going to be harder, but if you show up and observe some auctions, you'll get the results real time.

@Peter Philando Sirote & Premut handle the vast majority of foreclosure sales in the counties you listed above, so you can check their website for upcoming auctions. Unfortunately, the only way I know of to check the results is for Montgomery county and it involves getting an online account with the probate office that costs ~$10 per month and allows you to view deeds online. You would have to look up the most recent deed for each property a few days after the auction to see the result.
