Hi everybody,

I joined in January of 2019 but I decided it’s finally time to start posting.

I started learning about real estate from my parents at a very young age. I remember they used to take me to foreclosure auctions. They had my brothers, sister and I help work on a flip at one point. They also bought a 4-plex through house hacking using an FHA loan when I was around 5 years old.

Over the past year is when I’ve really started becoming entrenched into the real estate world. I’ve been listening to almost every BP podcast, reading and listening to books, and watching YouTube videos. I’ve probably just because I talk about the benefits of real estate investing very often.

Currently I’m starting a wholesaling business and eventually I want to branch into commercial real estate investing once I gain a little bit more capital and experience in developing systems. My goal is to get into self-storage investing as soon as I feel I am ready.

I just graduated from college with my BA in Finance and minor in Economics. I'm very grateful for the knowledge I learned there but it's surprising to see how REI is simply skimmed over during an Investments course, yet, they have an entire course called "Derivatives."

Anyways, I’m happy to be here and just figured I’d say hello and introduce myself!
