Newbie from Philadelphia Suburbs

Hey everyone,

I've been lurking around here for a while and finally decided to jump in and introduce myself.  I work a 9-5 job but have been interested in real estate for years.  I've done a couple of flips that didn't work out the way I had planned and have started spending a lot more time on Bigger Pockets to get the info I will need to be successful going forward.

I'm interested in both flips and single and multi-family rentals and hope to develop a new career as an investor.

I'm looking forward to networking and becoming a more active member of the community!
