transfer rental house to LLC

Hey everyone, Im Tim from New York City. Ive owned my first rental property in PA for 1 year now and would like to transfer it to my LLC. What would be the gains and losses from this and who would I talk to about doing this?

Second, I took 50k equity out of my primary to by more rentals, i would like to start purchasing them under the LLC. Wells fargo lended for my first rental but wont do it under the LLC.... not sure what to do or how to buy under llc

 any help would be great, thanks Tim
