Hi guys,

Just want to say hello and introduce myself. Chris here in NJ. Looking for partners for RE investment opportunities here in NJ. I hold residential multi families for cash flow and capital appreciation. Always looking to partner up on something bigger or any great investment opportunity in NJ area. I have plenty of contractor/plumber/electrician contacts as well
