Hi my name is Justin Walker and I’m hoping to network and learn as much as I can about real estate investment. I purchased my first property and it is my primary residence in summer ‘18. I couldn’t possibly explain to my wife purchasing an investment property prior to our primary residence. But now that we’re 9 months in and I think it’s time we diversified our investment/retirement portfolio beyond our 401ks. I need to be able to articulate the numbers, plan, and execution to gain her buy in. So that’s why I’m here.
