Hey All,

I am relatively new to BP and just getting started researching opportunities for real estate investing. I have lived in the Chattanooga TN area for about 17 years and am originally from Maine. Most interested currently in Buy and Hold rentals so have been doing research on BRRRR.

Looking to continue my learning using all the great resources here on Bigger Pockets to expand my knowledge set while I continue to explore the local communities to determine my target areas for investment, while I continue to look at potential financing options to make things happen.  Currently I am in a single family home with a fair amount of equity so am open to creatively financing as long as it doesn't over extend.  I work full time and plan to keep on working while investing.

Thanks for taking the time to read and I look forward to makings some meaningful connections.

Thanks,

Chris
