Hello everyone, I am new to the site.  I am from Lakewood, OH and have been in the real estate world for the the last 8 years.  I have a few rentals, and have been a mortgage loan originator for the last 8 years.  I am interested in providing property management for others down the road.  Look forward to reading these forums, meeting other investors that are local and taking my investment game to the next level.  I enjoy learning from others, providing advise, community improvement and management strategies.   I plan to purchase more rentals to grow my investment portfolio and also interested in Commercial properties and creative financing options to get more rentals faster.    Any questions about myself let me know.  Thanks!
