BiggerPockets is the place to be.....what a great site. Sooooo much info, soooo many great topics and input from folks. I look forward to being active on this site.....

Anyways, REI is my passion. It's taken four long years for me to get out there and start doing it. We have a good, dedicated team in place (contractor, attorney, mortgage officer, home stager) and we're in a growing city that has survived the real estate downfall. And now a growing base of investors that see the potential are snapping up properties and land. Just recently received my RE license. Things are beginning to fall in place.

Cooperative assignments and wholesaling will be our initial focus to build cash reserves....then we'll move to land contracts and rehabbing.

Thanks everyone......wish everyone the best in their ventures. I'm always open to potentials mentors and partnerships.

Sounds like you are getting ready to jump into wholesaling. Glad that you found the site. You'll find lots of useful information on wholesaling and other investing techniques.

I assume you are putting a buyer's list together and have some idea what your potential buyers want.
