Hello, my name is Shaun Milligan and I live in Kinston, NC. I am a newbie to real estate investing. I was introduced to the Bigger Pockets website about six months ago and I've been watching the webinars and listening to podcasts since then. I have ten years experience in construction working for a residential framing company. I am Interested in flipping a couple homes then, start to acquire some rental units. I am very excited about obtaining my first property and starting  my real estate career
