Hi all,

I just recently joined Bigger Pockets.  I'm also a member of JaxREIA. I moved to Jacksonville a few months ago from NYC. My background is in small business development/lending and urban planning. I'm now a Realtor and investor with a focus on multifamily buy and hold properties in historic neighborhoods. I look forward to meeting other local investors!
